        My skills are in the area of interface design, visual design, design thinking, diagramming and prototyping, user research, information architecture and content strategy.

        I love to translate ideas into a layout and prototype so that team members and testers can realize how a product feels and behaves.  At Wells Fargo, I rapidly build complex prototypes that help to validate design decisions for stakeholders, and provide a realistic experience enabling the collection of high-quality user feedback.

        Also, as a project leader, I collaborated with developers, QA, marketing, legal, designers, content creators, researchers, upper management, and customer support to build popular and successful home productivity products.  I have 13+ years experience shipping digital consumer products.  

        My design approach is informed by a golden rule that I like to live by - treat people the way you want to be treated.  Fully understand the problem, fully understand the target user, and design to help the user achieve their goal with the minimum number of clicks/taps.  No frustration, no calls to support…just smiles.
